great website design. Since the inception of the company, Joe has raised capital, created a profitable sales process and
has put together a motivated and talented team. He has been featured in the Feb. 2006 issue of Entrepreneur Magazine and
was the winner of the 2006 business plan competition from California State University Chico. His keys to success are "always

Chris Curtis - Chief Technologist
Chris brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to the team. He has been utilizing the newest computer hardware
and software for over 15 years. He is the lead architect for our proprietary internet applications, making use of .NET 4.0,
C#, ASP.NET MVC, IIS 7.5, SQL Server 2008, XHTML, CSS, and lots of bits in between. Chris is constantly finding better ways
to do things and is a huge contributor to the company. If you can think it... he can make it (assuming he hasn't already).
Corey Snider - Client Relations Manager
Corey makes sure all Steps Marketing customers are happy and they’re taken care of. We believe the only way to grow is through
solid customer satisfaction. Corey is the friendly voice that lets you know we care...and sometimes the friendly
